She was enrolled in the ADMS' Versatility Hall Of Fame program and earned her first VHOF award in September 2005. Here she is attending the 2005 Brad Cameron Mule Clinic in Muenster, Texas. Masquerade was SOLD to Thomas Velez in June of 2007. Nightshade was rebred to Rocking V5 Bob & had this red roan jennet foal on August 14th, 2004. We named this cute jennet foal "Barred -M- Jasmine Red". Nightshade was rebred to Rocking V5 Bob & had a second red roan jack colt that was born April 5th, 2007. We named this big boned jack colt "Barred -M- Mohave Red". Nightshade was rebred to Rocking V5 Bob late 2007 but apparently did not take and, if you will refer to 1942 Sand Dollar's story below, you will get an idea of what happened next! Nightshade was on pasture with our horses in early 2008 just before we realized what was going on with Sandy... Here are a few pic's of Nightshade's cute little molly hinny born 4/13/09: We named this cute molly "Barred -M- Buckcherry" (aka - Cherry). Nightshade has been bred to Rocking V5 Bob for a 2012 foal. Note that Rocking V5 Bob's main purpose is making mules and this red dun john mule is a fine example of one of his progeny. "Flak" is a 2009 mule out of a Quarter Horse mare and already 61" tall as of the Fall of 2011. He is now owned by Matt McCarty. out of Delaney's Spring owned by Heidi McCarty of Valley View, TX Black Mammoth Jennet, 56.5"+ Spring presented us with this black jennet foal by PCF's Genesis on October 29, 2007. This jennet foal's official name is "Barred -M- Revelation" (we just call her Pumpkin). With her super conformation & wonderful conformation, she is going to be a keeper since she is unrelated to our big jack, Jarratt's King Kalico. However, Sandy was only 2 years old at the time and a maiden so we decided to wait at least another season before we would breed her to Kalico. After their quarantine, they were put out on pasture with some of the other equines including my horse stallion. He has always gotten along well with the jackstock but never showed any interest in breeding any of them. Much to our suprise next spring, Sandy wanted nothing to do with being bred to Kalico and we soon realized why when her belly showed the obvious signs of a pregancy.
