Unity and Fellowship Meeting

May 31, 2006
Betty Ann called the meeting to order at 7:35 pm.
The meeting began with a prayer led by Toni.
U/F is in-charge of ice cream to be served after the living rosary for the Celebration of Sacred Heart (June 23).
-Betty Rose W, Wanda F, Toni D, Betty Ann F, & Werner B volunteered to bring ice cream w/ scoop
-Whether to serve the ice cream from the concession stand or tables was discussed. Betty Ann noted clean up would likely be easier with tables. Don offered to bring two folding tables six foot in length. Everyone seemed to agree this was the best plan of action.
SG&E asked of we could help with family movie night on June 4. U/F needs to put flyers on cars during all weekend masses.
-Toni contacted Mark Hesse regarding the flyers. He will drop them by her house on Thursday, or Friday.
-Three volunteers are needed at each mass.
-Wanda F will get people for Saturday @ 5pm, Kim F will get people for Sunday @ 8am, and Mark H will need to take care of Sunday @ 10:30am.
Strategic Planning Committee needs U/F goals for 1, 3, and 5 years by June 13th. They instructed to dream big; do not let money be an issue.
-The committee brainstormed and the result is as follows
